rockwool insulation pipe for steam pipe

YUXING^® rock wool insulation Pipe Section is preformed through some mould    for technical and industry pipeline. To ease installation process, there is a joint-cutting in one edge along the of axis, this also   make the pipe section fit the pipe line well. The outer face of   the pipe section can be polished to make the consistent and  exact insulation thickness in all directions or faced with   aluminum foil on request.

Other property conform to standard of GB/T 11835-2007 and ASTM C547.

Package and Storage

Pipe Section normally packed in PE bag, the pipe section outer diameter less than 150mm can packed in carton box.

All pipe sections are preferred to be stored indoors and off ground with the original package. If stored outside, it should be covered with water proof foil. In storage, it is suggested to remain the pipe section stand with not more than 2 layers.

Application

YUXING^® rock wool insulation Pipe Section main application is pipe line insulation in fire power plant, nuclear power plant or other  industry  process  for  thermal  and  acoustic  insulation,  human  protection,  avoid  or  decrease  the condensation, to improve the energy efficiency.
